Procedure

All order must be written. The most efficient ordering system is by email budi@giftartcraft.com. Just simply send the item list by our code and put the quantity of each. We will send you a proforma invoice include the shipping cost (note: price on item is FOB price base on Bali port). All orders are immediately confirm upon receipt.

Payment

Our prices are on USD. We accept payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to our bank account. Please, ask Full Amount money transfer to your bank when you make a TT to us. We request an advance payment of 50% of the total amount of the proforma invoice prior to running of the order (please send the copy of TT by fax or email), and balance payment must be transferred when the order ready to ship (confirm by shipping document). Minimum Quantity

The minimum order for Mask, Geckos 10pcs of each item. Accesories and Small Items: 30 pcs per design - assorted color possible. Handbags, Sandals, Sarongs: 12 pcs per design per color. Handicrafts: 10 pcs per design.

Time Production

The time production will depend on quantity order and range of items order. At the minimum order with 10 items, normally we need 2 weeks for production.

Custom Orders

We accept the order by your own design if you interested to develop a new product. Special request of the color, size or just adaptation of an existing one are welcome.

Shipping

Sea Freight, starting with minimum volume of 1 cubic metre up to 40ft HC Container. Please contact us for the exact Ocean Freight at the time you want to send your merchandise as the Ocean Freight PriceList are always changed every single month by the shipping Line Company.

Air Freight, normally using either which one is greater, Actual Weight or Total Volume. Formula to find out the Total volume - Dimension is: (Height x Lenght x Width) divided by 6,000 = Total Volume in kgs

For Packaging, normally using a standart boxes with dimension of: 58 x 34 x 49 cm. Additional Information, 1 cbm can have 8 standart boxes - While 20 ft Container can be fill up by 300 standart boxes or equal to 30 cbm in volume.

We arrange for air shipment cargo, LCL (Less than Container Load/sea freight cargo), even of the courier with door to door service through UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL and EMS as requested. We have shipment advice for every order.
